📋 Studio Booking & Cancellation Policies

  1. Phone Line Inactive: 5788 phone number is unmonitored. Texts and voicemails are not processed.

  2. Approved Cancellation Methods: Modify appointments 24/7 via your Fresha confirmation email or message, Fresha.com, or by emailing vibrancehairstudiomd@gmail.com.

  3. Cancellation Fees: Unofficial changes or modifications outside the cancellation policy window automatically trigger late cancellation or no-show fees.

  4. Policy Inquiries: All questions regarding hair prep or policies must be sent strictly via email.

⏱️ Arrival, Payments & Hair Preparation Guidelines

  1. Cash-Only: Payment is strictly cash-only for all services.

    I cannot accept credit cards or other payment methods inside the salon.
    The credit card that you entered to hold time for your appointment will only be charged in the case of late cancellation or no-show.
     
  2. Clean, Dry Hair Required: Arrive with clean, completely dry hair. Oily hair compromises foiling, gray coverage, and technical results.

  3. Detangling Policy: Hair must be completely brushable within 2 minutes. Long or high-maintenance hair must be fully detangled and arrive in braids.

  4. Time-Loss Impact on Services: Salon detangling or late arrival takes away from your booked session time. Services will be cut short if hair requires preparation in the chair. Arrive with clean, dry detangled hair.

  5. Full Payment Enforcement: If hair is too tangled to complete the session, the appointment is still subject to full payment for the time reserved.

  6. Lateness Policy: Arriving too late to complete your scheduled services within the booked time slot will be treated as a missed session and is subject to full payment.
