TO AVOID FEES

For schedule stability and more availability, my late service-cancelation fee & late-change fee will be enforced.

 

TO AVOID FEES:

 

1 Services must be canceled, rescheduled, or changed more than 24 hours prior to a scheduled appointment. 

 

2 Individual unwanted services must be canceled 24 hours prior to a scheduled appointment. (EXAMPLE If you originally scheduled haircut & color, but no longer want a haircut, that individual haircut service will need to be canceled)

 

3 If lateness of arrival is the reason that scheduled services can not be performed within the allotted appointment time, the service type may be amended by the stylist & the total price of the original confirmed scheduled services will be charged.

 

Late cancelation fee 30% 

No-Show Fee 80%

The easiest way to cancel or change services is online 24/7 through your Fresha confirmation email. 

I had a hard time implementing this policy, because I know that emergencies do happen. The lost time from a late-change or cancellation became financially overwhelming. Enforcing this policy is crucial for efficient scheduling and also for the stability of my business.
